    Mr. Shen joined OneConnect in 2021;  

    Mr. Shen worked for Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd. since 1998 and has been deeply specialised in the To B industry for more than 20 years. He served as the General Manager of Dongguan and Shenzhen Branch, General Manager of the South China Region, Senior Vice president, and President of Kingdee China successively.  

    Mr. Shen obtained a master degree in Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology (Now Jilin University).

    Mr. Huang joined OneConnect in March 2019 as the Chief Supervisor. Since April 2019, he has also served as Secretary General of Internet Finance Association of Small and Medium-sized Banks (Shenzhen).   

    Before joining OneConnect, Mr. Huang was Secretary General of China Banking Association from July 2016 to December 2018. Previously, Mr. Huang served as the Supervisor of stated-owned financial institution (the Export-Import Bank of China). He worked in the National Audit Office of the People’s Republic of China and in the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (formerly known as the China Banking Regulatory Commission).   

    Mr. Huang received a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from China Youth University for Political Studies in July 1994, a Master's degree in World Economics from Renmin University of China in January 2000, and a Doctor’s degree in Economics from Peking University in June 2003.

    Mr. Luo Yongtao joined OneConnect as Chief Financial Officer in April, 2021.   

    Mr. Luo joined Ping An Group in 2004, and successively held posts of Assistant General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Actuary, Secretary of the Board, Head of Information Technology Center of Ping An Annuity Insurance Company. He also served as Chairman of Ping An Basic Industry Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.  

    Before joining Ping An Group, he served in Sun Life Financial, and worked as actuarial evaluation and product development analyst. Mr. Luo has over 20 years of management experience in financial industry, and his experience covers business and planning, financial management, actuarial and product development, IT management, administration and branding, and corporate governance. 

    Mr. Luo is the member of America Soceity of Acruaries  and China Association of Actuaries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Probability Statistics from Peking University and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Manitoba University.

  • Bi Wei

    Mr. Bi joined OneConnect in October 2017 and currently serves as General Manager Assistant.  

    With a Master’s degree from Nankai University, Mr. Bi joined Ping An in 1993 and served as General Manager of the Tianjin Branch, Beijing Branch and Hubei Branch of Ping An Property & Casualty.  Mr. Bi is an expert in the insurance industry, with 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and management. He has deep insights into the development of the insurance industry and has rich practical experience in the Group’s comprehensive business development, external government and enterprise relations, and other major projects. During his four years at the Hubei branch of Ping An Property & Casualty, he led the company continue to double its annual performance. After joining the OneConnect at the end of 2017, he launched the “321” solution to insurance digital transformation ( “3” refers to focusing on claims services, customer operations and marketing management; “2” refers to creating two major ecosystems of “motor” ecology and “human” ecology; “1” refers to providing insurance companies with end-to-end core solutions. On this basis, N shared service ecological networks including survey, accessories, maintenance and rescue were also built to help the company realize digital transformation.  

    Mr Bi is a economist and holds a Master Degree from NanKai University.
