Mr. Chen joined OneConnect in 2025.

Mr. Chen served at Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Company of China, Ltd. (“Ping An Property and Casualty Insurance”) from September 2021 to February 2025, during which he undertook the positions of  assistant president and Chief Technology Officer. He was responsible for promoting digital transformation, including implementing technological regulatory requirements, building scientific and technological data capabilities and managing technical teams and talent. 

Prior to joining Ping An Group, Mr. Chen served as the Chief Technology Officer of the insurance business group of Ant Group Co., Ltd. from June 2015 to September 2021. From August 2007 to June 2015, Mr. Chen held various positions at China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, including serving as senior research and development engineer, assistant president at the cloud computing application research and development department, deputy director and chief application architect at the chief engineer’s office.

Mr. Chen received his doctorate degree in engineering and his bachelor’s degree in engineering from Beihang University  in July 2007 and July 2002, respectively.   

Mr. Wang joined OneConnect Financial Technology in October 2025 and currently serves as Assistant to the General Manager of OneConnect Financial Technology.

Mr. Wang has been deeply engaged in the Ping An Group for twenty-three years. He has held successive positions at Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance branches in Anhui, Wuxi, and Fujian, as well as at the Property & Casualty Insurance headquarters. With eighteen years rooted in the property and casualty insurance sector, he possesses extensive experience across headquarters and branch operations, as well as in front, middle, and back-office roles. This has enabled him to build a rich accumulation of internal and external resources within the Group. Since 2020, he has ventured into Autohome Inc., crossing into the internet platform sector, where he has accumulated substantial practical experience in areas such as driving dealers’ digital transformation and automotive industry marketing innovation within the automotive ecosystem.

Mr. Wang holds an EMBA degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications – emlyon Business School (France).

Mr. Bi joined OneConnect in October 2017 and currently serves as Assistant President.  

With a Master’s degree from Nankai University, Mr. Bi joined Ping An in 1993 and served as General Manager of the Tianjin Branch, Beijing Branch and Hubei Branch of Ping An Property & Casualty.  Mr. Bi is an expert in the insurance industry, with 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and management. He has deep insights into the development of the insurance industry and has rich practical experience in the Group’s comprehensive business development, external government and enterprise relations, and other major projects. During his four years at the Hubei branch of Ping An Property & Casualty, he led the company continue to double its annual performance. After joining the OneConnect at the end of 2017, he launched the “321” solution to insurance digital transformation ( “3” refers to focusing on claims services, customer operations and marketing management; “2” refers to creating two major ecosystems of “motor” ecology and “human” ecology; “1” refers to providing insurance companies with end-to-end core solutions. On this basis, N shared service ecological networks including survey, accessories, maintenance and rescue were also built to help the company realize digital transformation.  

Mr Bi is a economist and holds a Master Degree from NanKai University.

Mr. Li joined OneConnect in December 2015 as Chief Technology Officer. He also serves as Director of Fintech Committee at Internet Finance Association of Small and Medium-sized Banks (Shenzhen), Expert of Blockchain Pilot Programs at Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission, Expert Reviewer of National Science and Technology Award, and Deputy Director of Data Committee at Beijing Fintech Industry Alliance.

Mr. Li began his career with Ping An Group in 1998, and successively held positions of General Manager of R&D Department of Ping An Life, General Manager of OneConnect Technology Center, and Technology Head of OneConnect Retail Banking and InsurTech. Mr. Li has over 25 years of experience in business planning, R&D and management of large-scale projects of financial core system. He has successfully incubated several group-level strategic and innovation projects on digital transformation. He has won Ping An “Second Class Medal”, Shenzhen Municipal Government Financial Innovation Award, Shenzhen Science and Technology Progress Award, and PBOC Fintech Development Award, etc.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Lin joined OneConnect in 2024;  

Mr. Lin has over 20 years experience in technology, media and telecommunications industry and capital market. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lin served as the chief financial officer of Ping An Technology, a leading fintech company in China. Before that, Mr. Lin served indifferent senior management positions of various companies from 2010 to 2020, including chief financial officer of Lenovo Group Ltd’s global mobile business unit, finance general manager of WeChat business division in Tencent and chief financial officer of Shenzhen Xiaoman Technology Co. Ltd. from 1999 to 2010, Mr. Lin worked for Microsoft, Dell and IBM in U.S/China and he held various managerial roles in service finance, business control, strategic planning, digital transformation and cloud services. Mr. Lin received his master degree of business and administration from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington in 2005 and his bachelor’s degree in international business and economics from Hunan University in 1994.
