OneConnect assists Guangzhou Bank Credit Card Center in building a Knowledge Management Platform

Recently, OneConnect successfully won the bid for Guangzhou Bank Credit Card Center's Knowledge Management Platform procurement project. The two parties will collaboratively create a knowledge management system that integrates knowledge assetization, scenarization, and intelligence.

Guangzhou Bank Credit Card Center, established in 2011, is a branch-level institution and strategic department of Guangzhou Bank. It has received awards such as "Best Innovative Credit Card Bank of 2016" and "Outstanding Risk Award for Mobile Internet Business Expansion in 2016."

This project will reshape the standardized knowledge management system for the Guangzhou Bank Credit Card Center, effectively increasing the accumulation of business knowledge assets. The Knowledge Management Platform will support unified management of multi-channel business support, enabling multi-scenario applications and all-channel sharing. It will enhance the global query experience for various products, business knowledge, and market activity support, providing a comprehensive and leading knowledge base foundation for various intelligent customer service applications.
