OneConnect Partners with Beijing Daxing District to Build a Public Service Platform
Recently, the second phase of the Beijing Daxing District public service platform, constructed by OneConnect, has been completed and launched for trial operation. This marks a significant step in achieving the government service goal of "letting information travel more, reducing the need for residents to run around." It lays a solid foundation for the integration of Daxing District's government services, convenience services, and administrative applications.
Adhering to the group's core cultural philosophy of "professionalism creates value," OneConnect has tailored an efficient and convenient public service platform for Daxing District. This platform serves as a universal foundation for smart city applications, providing government and public services resources for mobile internet applications and self-service terminals. By aggregating all the district's government and public services into standardized and unified service resources for orderly distribution, the platform offers a unified and open support capability for service resources to all units within the district.
The OneConnect project team has always prioritized user experience, taking users' perspectives into account. Through the construction of this phase, the platform's ability to aggregate and manage service resources has been enhanced, including the addition of rapid development and publishing tools for service resources, and the expansion of public service resources to strengthen the aggregation and openness of service resources. Currently, the public service platform aggregates 1,935 district-level government services and 14 public services, including Health Daxing, Daxing Employment, Second-hand Housing, and Meteorological Services, provided through the "Beijing Daxing" app, offering a more convenient and efficient mobile service experience for the public. Additionally, using the aggregated services of the public service platform, a scenario-based application of "Message Box" was constructed, standardizing the channels for sending government messages in Daxing District and meeting the needs of various units for sending immediate or scheduled integrity reminders, duty reminders, work updates, and other "Jingban" rich media messages. This effectively monitors the district's government text message sending, making government message sending more convenient and ensuring the close linkage and efficient operation between district and city-level platforms to fully leverage the platform's role.
